Our product range includes weighing scales, laboratory instruments, pharmaceutical equipment, microscopes, and other professional machines from brands such as Sartorius, A&D, Mettler Toledo, OHAUS, Shimadzu, Beco, Precisa, W&T, Adam, Fisher Scientific, and other recognized manufacturers.

2. Product Condition & Originality

Our products are used, imported, and branded equipment. We do not sell locally manufactured or unbranded equipment as part of this collection.

We aim to provide products that are 100% original. Product condition, specifications, and availability will be communicated before order confirmation.

Customers should review the product details and confirm that the equipment is suitable for their intended application before placing an order.

3. Customer Requirements & Product Selection

Before confirming an order, our team may ask customers to provide their requirements, including:

We will help customers select equipment according to the information they provide. Customers are responsible for confirming that the selected product meets their intended requirements before placing an order.

4. Prices & Quotations

Some products may not display a fixed price on our website. Customers can contact us through WhatsApp or our Get a Quote service to request pricing and availability.

All quotations are subject to product availability and confirmation by our team.

A quotation is not a confirmed order until the customer receives confirmation from Haider Traders.

5. Orders & Payment

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders within Pakistan.

Customers are not required to make an advance payment. Payment will be collected when the product is delivered, according to the agreed order terms.

Orders are confirmed after the required product details, quantity, delivery information, and other relevant terms have been agreed upon.

6. Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within 7–10 business days, depending on product availability, order confirmation, and delivery location.

Delivery times may vary due to supplier availability, transportation, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated before order confirmation.

7. Product Check & Exchange Policy

Customers may request a product exchange within 10 days of receiving the product, subject to the conditions mentioned in our 10-Day Check & Exchange Policy.
An exchange may be considered only if:
The product is unused and in its original condition.
The original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documents are complete.
The product has not been damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or incorrect installation.
The customer contacts Haider Traders within the specified exchange period.
The product passes our inspection and the replacement product is available.
Cash refunds and ordinary product returns are not available. Exchanges are subject to approval, product inspection, and availability. If the replacement product has a higher price, the customer must pay the price difference.

8. Product Check & Exchange 

The product is unused and in its original condition.
The original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documents are complete.
The product has not been damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or incorrect installation.
The customer contacts Haider Traders within the 10-day exchange period.
The product passes our inspection and a suitable replacement is available.
If the replacement product has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference. If the replacement product has a lower price, the difference will be adjusted according to the mutually agreed terms.
Any applicable delivery or transportation charges will be communicated separately before the exchange is finalized.

9. Damage  Exchange & Exclusions

exchanges will not be accepted for damage caused by the customer, including:

• Load cell damage
• Touchscreen damage
• Physical damage
• Broken parts
• Damage caused by misuse
• Damage caused by improper handling or installation

Customers should inspect the product upon delivery and contact us promptly if they identify any issue.

10. Installation, Calibration & Repair Services

Haider Traders provides installation, calibration, and repair services for eligible equipment.

Service availability depends on the product type, model, condition, and technical requirements.

Any applicable service charges will be communicated before the service is confirmed.

11. Warranty & Service Support

Our 10-days check warranty exchange policy applies according to the terms stated above.

Additional warranty coverage, if available for a specific product, will be communicated separately before order confirmation.

12. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, and availability information accurate and up to date.

However, minor differences in product appearance, packaging, or specifications may occur due to manufacturer updates or product condition.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update product information when necessary.

13. Privacy

Customer information is used for purposes such as responding to inquiries, processing orders, arranging delivery, and providing customer support, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
